We have three guest suites, The MacGregor, The Buchanan and The MacFarlane each with their own private bathroom and individual sitting areas.

One night stays are payable in full at the time of booking.
For a stay of between 1 & 3 nights a minimum deposit of 1 night is payable at the time of booking.
For stays of 3 nights or longer a 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: 1 NIGHT STAYS ARE PAYABLE IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING
Please supply full address and post code at time of booking. Should you need to cancel and we are unable to re-let the room the following conditions apply:
Cancellation 28 days prior to the start of your visit - 30% of the total tariff
Cancellation 13 days prior to the start of your visit - 60% of the total tariff
Cancellation 48 hours prior to the start of your visit - 80% of the total tariff
No cancellation warning - 100% of the total tariff
The deposit is not refundable.
It is always recommended that Travel Insurance is taken.

For your use Hairdryers in each suite Iron and ironing board in each Suite Selection of Books available Guests Lounge to relax and enjoy the view Gardens to enjoy Breakfast is served in the dining room downstairs between 7.30am and 9.00am. Just let us know and we will do our best to please.We have a varied menu, including a full Scottish breakfast or something a little lighter if you prefer. Vegetarian & Special diets catered for by prior arrangement. No evening meals available at this time. We can recommend a few nice restaurants in the area that you may wish to try. Just ask and we will be more than happy to telephone and book in advance to secure your reservation.
